Eligibility Requirements

willing to travel, Extensive daily travel in an independent work structure, Occasional overnights required, Driving to remote work sites as needed, Be exposed to ambient temperatures while working outdoors, Lift and move equipment as needed (up to 50 pounds), Must be available for after-hours and weekend call outs on occasion, Will be required to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical

What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Level 2 or Universal EPA Certified

Nice to Have

3+ years of experience with HVAC maintenance (commercial preferred), Basic knowledge of electronic, mechanical, and electrical components including refrigeration systems

What You'll Do.

Servicing and repairing commercial HVAC equipment on telecom shelters located on Cell Tower sites

Maintaining cooling systems – diagnosing

or installing and replacing components of entire systems

Conducting performance checks and regular maintenance on HVAC equipment

Performing additional maintenance or upgrades to out-of-season HVAC equipment

Responding to service calls in a timely manner

including emergency call out services

Timely and accurate completion of daily work reports

Operate and maintain a motor vehicle safely and legally per the PEARCE Employee Handbook and insurance requirements
