What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Level 2 or Universal EPA Certified, 3+ years of experience with HVAC maintenance, Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and by email, Candidates must be able to comply with OSHAFCC/FAA/EPA Standards, Must be available for after-hours and weekend call outs on occasion, Will be required to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical
Nice to Have
commercial HVAC maintenance preferred, Basic knowledge of electronic, mechanical, and electrical components including refrigeration systems is preferred
What You'll Do.
Maintaining cooling systems – diagnosing
or installing and replacing components of entire systems.
Conducting performance checks and regular maintenance on HVAC equipment.
Performing additional maintenance or upgrades to out-of-season HVAC equipment.
Responding to service calls in a timely manner
including emergency call out services.
Timely and accurate completion of daily work reports.
Operate and maintain a motor vehicle safely and legally per the PEARCE Employee Handbook and insurance requirements.
