willing to travel, Extensive daily travel in an independent work structure, Occasional overnights required, Driving to remote work sites as needed, Be exposed to ambient temperatures while working outdoors, Lift and move equipment as needed (up to 50 pounds), required to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical, available for after-hours and weekend call outs on occasion
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Level 2 or Universal EPA Certified
Nice to Have
commercial HVAC maintenance, Basic knowledge of electronic, mechanical, and electrical components including refrigeration systems
What You'll Do.
Maintaining cooling systems – diagnosing
or installing and replacing components of entire systems.
Conducting performance checks and regular maintenance on HVAC equipment.
Performing additional maintenance or upgrades to out-of-season HVAC equipment.
Responding to service calls in a timely manner
including emergency call out services.
Timely and accurate completion of daily work reports.
