Your Impact Pearce is seeking Experienced HVAC Technicians to join our team for servicing and repairing commercial HVAC equipment on telecom shelters located on Cell Tower sites. This is a fast-paced and rewarding job that is best suited for individuals who are responsible, self-directed, highly motivated, willing to travel, and looking to learn and grow in the Telecom industry. This is a regional position. Candidates should reside in the Sacramento, California area. Core Responsibilities Maintaining cooling systems – diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, or installing and replacing components of entire systems. Conducting performance checks and regular maintenance on HVAC equipment. Performing additional maintenance or upgrades to out-of-season HVAC equipment. Responding to service calls in a timely manner, including emergency call out services. Timely and accurate completion of daily work reports. Operate and maintain a motor vehicle safely and legally per the PEARCE Employee Handbook and insurance requirements. Specific duties may vary or evolve over time based on business and client needs.
