What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on HVAC experience in industrial settings such as manufacturing plants, warehouses, or large commercial facilities, EPA Universal Certification, Valid state HVAC/Refrigeration license (where applicable), working knowledge of large-tonnage HVAC equipment, industrial ventilation, and process cooling systems, Proficiency in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, including 480 volts and pump rebuilds, Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, P&IDs, and equipment specifications, problem-solving skills

Nice to Have

Experience with Building Automation Systems (BAS), computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS), and energy management systems, Additional certifications in welding, electrical, or related trades, OSHA safety certifications, Experience working on system upgrades and cross-functional projects, Basic knowledge of inventory and maintenance record-keeping systems, Experience training or mentoring other technicians

You will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems in environments such as manufacturing plants and large commercial facilities.
