Eligibility Requirements

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders/rooftops, This role requires use of your personal vehicle for business mileage., All persons who use their personal vehicle for business mileage must carry a valid driver's license and personal car insurance coverage in accordance with local and federal regulations.

3-5 years HVAC trade experience, 3-5 years HVAC maintenance experience (all systems), 3-5 Years EPA Certification

What You'll Do.

Perform preventive maintenance (PMs) on HVAC equipment including RTUs

and associated components

Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC

and mechanical system issues

Repair or replace motors

and other HVAC components

Monitor and maintain proper airflow

and indoor air quality standards

Ensure all HVAC systems operate efficiently and within manufacturer specifications

Identify potential failures proactively and recommend corrective actions before equipment downtime occurs

Maintain accurate records of PMs

and equipment history

Respond promptly to HVAC-related service requests and emergencies

Escalate major repair needs appropriately with recommendations and supporting documentation

Maintain detailed HVAC asset inventories for assigned locations

Track equipment condition

and replacement needs

Maintain organized inventory of HVAC tools

Additional occasional duties not requiring trade licenses such as: Plumbing fixtures

All other basic fixtures
