Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business or equivalent working experience, Johnson Controls Metasys experience, Eight (8) years’ experience in an operational HVAC role with leadership responsibilities, Six Sigma Green Belt

Ensure safety compliance
Supervise and provide leadership for assigned Teams
Ensure developmental plans are in place
Lead execution efforts of assigned business
Ensure consistency of delivery systems
Monitor and supervise business plans
Coordinate team’s work with sales
Support sales opportunities
Raise potential market opportunities
Ensure serviced account portfolios achieve growth
Ensure serviced account portfolios achieve proper profit levels

Recommend staffing requirements
Support staffing requirements
