We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Irving, United States. In this role, you will provide expert technical support for Hitachi Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF), and Mini Splits systems ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction. * Deliver high-quality technical support for Hitachi VRF systems via phone, email, and remote diagnostics * Troubleshoot complex HVAC issues and provide effective solutions to customers and field technicians * Analyze system performance data and recommend improvements for energy efficiency and system longevity * Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including troubleshooting guides and best practices * Collaborate with the engineering team to address recurring issues and contribute to product improvements * Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in VRF technology and HVAC industry trends * Assist in the development of technical content for customer-facing materials and knowledge bases * Participate in on-call rotations to provide support for critical customer issues ## Qualifications * 5+ years of experience in HVAC technical support, with a strong preference for VRF system experience * In-depth knowledge of Hitachi VRF systems and their components * EPA certific
