Eligibility Requirements

on-call hours, Works in extremes of heat, humidity, dust, cold, Works in the presence of obnoxious works with noxious or potentially hazardous chemicals, compounds or products, May perform duties at a correctional facility/detention center and other high secure areas, lift and carry up to seventy-five, operate assigned vehicles, safely wear required safety clothing/equipment, ascend and descend ladders and stairs, reach and work upon elevated or below grade work platforms, job differentiate between colors, lift, push or pull objects weighing up to 50 pounds, operate a motor vehicle, operate a forklift/power industrial equipment, have depth perception and peripheral vision, obtain a jail pass

What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Eight years of journey-level experience in HVAC projects, two years of lead or supervisory experience, Valid driver license, Valid AZ driver license, EPA Section 608 Universal Certification

Nice to Have

Minimum six (6) years experience in diagnostics of refrigerant systems, HVAC, and service work, Minimum six (6) years experience with/knowledge of chillers, low temp, compressors, industrial, and commercial systems, operation and maintenance, Minimum four (4) years of HVAC supervisory experience, Experience with/knowledge of Maximo and Workday software programs, Universal certification in proper refrigerant practices

What You'll Do.

Leads and participates in advanced or expert levels of operation

maintenance of commercial-level HVAC equipment

Performs critical repairs to complex systems

Serves as system technical expert

Interprets and applies required codes or standards

Prepares working sketches

Coordinates equipment and system modifications

Maintains comprehensive records of work performed
