**Job Details:** _**SUMMARY**_ Service or repair commercial and industrial heating and air conditioning systems. This position is responsible for delivering field labor tasking procedures to execute planned service inspections, repair services, and equipment installations, and to provide emergency service coverage. The candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in HVAC mechanic work, including installation and maintenance. Essential Duties: * Diagnose, maintain, repair, replace, and start up HVAC systems, including commercial refrigeration units such as coolers, freezers, and kitchen equipment. * Troubleshoot system issues, including locating and repairing refrigerant leaks, and resolving electrical or mechanical failures using schematics and technical documentation. * Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals to support installation, maintenance, and repair activities. * Perform work on plant utility systems, including compressed air and water systems (chilled water, hot water, city water, and glycol systems). * Ensure all work is completed in compliance with applicable local, state, federal, and organizational safety and trade regulations. * Operate tools, equipment, and machinery safely, including working with or around hazardous materials, at heights, and in confined spaces. * Maintain a strong commitment to safety by following all PPE requirements, safety protocols, and safe work practices while remaining alert at all times. * Utilize strong analytical skills and attention to detail to accurately diagnose issues, complete repairs, and document work performed. * Work independently with minimal supervision while managing time effectively to complete tasks correctly and efficiently. * Communicate effectively and collaborate with team members across departments to support operational goals. * Maintain regular attendance and punctuality as essential job requirements. * Perform other duties a
