What You'll Do.

Diagnose system issues and recommend effective repair solutions

Prepare cost estimates and offer recommendations to customers

Perform diagnostic troubleshooting of HVAC systems and plan work procedures

Document services performed and recommendations made using company forms and records

Ensure all tasks are completed according to company safety policies

and quality standards

Manage truck inventory and ensure all necessary tools are available for each job

Participate in ongoing training and development meetings
