About the job ProSkill Services is seeking experienced HVAC Service Technicians who take pride in their work and are passionate about customer service. Do you like being a part of a winning team? HIRING SIGN ON BONUS - $1,500 FOR QUALIFIED CANDIDATES Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer service and acting in the customer's best interest at all times. Conduct maintenance and repair: Perform preventive maintenance for new and existing customers, respond to on demand service calls for down HVAC systems.. Inventory Control: Maintain your service van tock according to company SOP, ensuring that you are properly stocked for your day to day operation. Safety and compliance: Follow all workplace and driving safety standards and regulations, to maintain a safe working environment. Documentation: Document service performed and recommendations made by completing applicable forms, reports, logs, and/or records. Qualifications And Requirements Relevant HVAC training program or apprenticeship is a plus Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HVAC technician. Licenses: Valid driver’s license, and EPA certification. NATE certification and Master Heat Pump Technician a plus. Skills: Strong technical knowledge, excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and effective communication skills. Physical Requirements: Ability to work in various conditions, including confined spaces and at heights; physical stamina and dexterity.
