Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and reliable HVAC Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for residential and/or commercial clients. The technician must have strong troubleshooting skills, be customer-service oriented, and ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety and industry standards. Responsibilities: Consult with clients on their indoor air; heating, cooling, and ventilation systems. Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues in HVAC systems, and provide replacement options. Perform routine maintenance, including cleaning, filter replacements, and system tune-ups, when needed. Ensure all work meets safety and industry regulations. Maintain accurate service records and document recommendations and repairs. Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients about system performance, issues, and solutions. Work independently and as part of a team to complete assigned jobs efficiently. Stay up to date with industry advancements and best practices. Qualifications & Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent (Technical school or HVAC certification preferred). Minimum 2 years of experience in HVAC maintenance, service and repair. EPA certification, and Journeyman's license (a plus) Knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical components, and refrigerants. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in various weather conditions and lift heavy equipment. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
