This role is vital to supporting our expanding customer base by delivering exceptional service, technical precision, and dependable performance. You’ll diagnose, maintain, and repair a wide range of commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems while building lasting relationships with our customers through excellent communication and workmanship. Perform routine service, maintenance, and warranty work to ensure optimal system performance. Conduct preventive maintenance inspections and recommend necessary repairs or upgrades. Track and document work performed, including obtaining purchase orders and completing service reports. Travel to customer locations to provide on-site service and repairs. Secondary Duties: Train apprentices and junior technicians. Communicate effectively with customers regarding service recommendations and system performance.
