What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum 7+ years of commercial HVAC field experience, Ability to read and interpret blueprints, mechanical schematics, and specifications, Proficiency in service management software and Microsoft Office, Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Nice to Have
HVAC technical training or trade certification, 2–3 years of supervisory or team leadership experience, EPA Certification, additional certifications (NATE, OSHA 30), understanding of commercial building codes and safety regulations
What You'll Do.
Supervise and coordinate commercial HVAC service and installation technicians across multiple job sites
and repair of commercial systems including RTUs
Ensure projects are completed on schedule
and in accordance with mechanical codes and specifications
Conduct routine field inspections to verify workmanship
and quality standards
Provide advanced troubleshooting support for complex commercial systems
and project specifications to ensure proper execution
Enforce OSHA and company safety lead regular safety meetings and job hazard analyses
Assist with manpower planning
and resource allocation
Monitor labor productivity
and project performance
and evaluate support workforce development initiatives
Address escalated customer issues and ensure timely resolution
Ensure accurate documentation of service reports
How You'll Work.

Collaborate with Project Managers, General Contractors, and building owners to maintain client relationships
