2+ years HVAC sales experience, 2+ years mechanical sales experience, Understanding of commercial HVAC systems, Understanding of commercial HVAC services, Proven track record prospecting, Proven track record closing new business, Comfortable with cold outreach, Comfortable with face-to-face selling, Skilled in consultative selling, Skilled in negotiation, Skilled in objection handling, Experience using a CRM, Valid driver’s license, Ability to travel locally
