What They're Looking For.
Must Have
EPA Certification, Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Experience with smart home energy management systems related to high-efficiency HVAC
What You'll Do.
and maintain HVAC systems
including heat pump systems
in residential properties.
Perform system diagnostics
and efficiency assessments on high-efficiency HVAC systems.
Work with customers to educate them on system operation and energy savings related to high-efficiency HVAC.
Ensure compliance with local codes
and safety standards for all HVAC installations and services.
Maintain detailed service records and reports for all HVAC work.
Keep detailed records of customer calls and service visits.
Maintain professional rapport with customers and be respectful of their homes and property.
Communicate professionally with homeowners on the job site.
Communicate professionally with FSP office staff.
Provide excellent customer service and support for high-efficiency HVAC systems.
Contribute to the growth and development of the HVAC division
with opportunities to take on leadership and strategic planning responsibilities.
