What You'll Do.
Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC
Perform corrective maintenance on HVAC
Troubleshoot mechanical components
Troubleshoot electrical components
Troubleshoot pneumatic components
Troubleshoot refrigeration components
Service chilled water systems
Service hot water systems
Service refrigeration circuits
Conduct routine maintenance tasks
Maintain and repair utility systems
Use diagnostic tools to measure flow
Use diagnostic tools to measure pressure
Use diagnostic tools to measure voltage
Use diagnostic tools to measure current
Use diagnostic tools to measure temperature
Use diagnostic tools to measure humidity
Perform alignment of rotating equipment
Perform lubrication of rotating equipment
Install new HVAC/R equipment
Commission new HVAC/R equipment
Test new HVAC/R equipment
Assist with facility mechanical upgrades
Assist with equipment retrofits
Assist with energy efficiency improvements
