Must Have
Degree in Mechanical Engineering or HVAC-related discipline OR Trade background with extensive HVAC project experience, Proven experience delivering large HVAC equipment projects into Data Centres or critical environments, Experience with FAT, SAT, and commissioning processes, Ability to review technical specifications, drawings, and design documentation, Experience in project financial management (forecasting, GM, cost control), Understanding of supply chain and manufacturing lead times

What You'll Do.
Manage full lifecycle delivery of HVAC equipment projects
Lead project execution from handover through engineering
Ensure strict adherence to data centre standards
Maintain detailed project schedules
Manage milestones aligned to client programs
Own project financial performance
Manage Gross Margin (GM%) performance
Identify margin improvement opportunities
Ensure timely invoicing
Reduce UBR through accurate milestone completion
Act as primary interface between customers and internal
Build working relationships with key clients
Manage contractor and subcontractor performance on-site
Coordinate complex commissioning process
Oversee technical compliance
Ensure compliance with equipment specifications and submittals
Oversee FAT (Factory Acceptance Testing) and witness testing
Oversee SAT (Site Acceptance Testing) and commissioning
Identify project risks early
Implement mitigation strategies
Ensure compliance with QA standards
Ensure compliance with OHS&E requirements
Ensure compliance with data centre quality expectations
