What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Project management experience in HVAC, Track record delivering commercial projects end-to-end, knowledge of HVAC systems (VRV/VRF, chillers, ventilation), Commercial awareness (budgets, timelines, subcontractors), Health & Safety knowledge (CDM), communication and ability to balance site/office work

Nice to Have

Service/install HVAC environment experience, Relevant qualifications (APM, PRINCE2), H&S certifications (IOSH, NEBOSH, SMSTS, CSCS), Ability to interpret technical drawings, MS Office and project planning tools

Own end-to-end delivery of HVAC projects
