Other responsibilities include: Manage day-to-day project activities for executed orders, including site visits. Coordinate with service organizations and technicians for start-up, warranty, and troubleshooting matters. Provide clear communication and updates throughout the project lifecycle. Assist in developing proposals and pricing estimates for equipment and technical solutions. Offer timely and accurate technical assistance to Account Managers and customers. Utilize your deep understanding of HVAC airside and waterside systems to guide customers in equipment selection and application. Collaborate with manufacturer partners and utilize software to provide accurate equipment selections. Work closely with Account Managers to ensure proper equipment selection and application alignment. Develop comprehensive proposals, including itemized costs and relevant project information. Support Account Managers with customer-specific marketing strategies. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
