2+ years commercial HVAC sales, 2+ years mechanical sales, Ability to prospect and close, Working knowledge HVAC systems, Working knowledge HVAC service models, Working knowledge HVAC equipment lifecycle, Sales experience facility managers, Sales experience property managers, Sales experience building owners, Proficiency CRM platforms, Valid driver's license
Nice to Have
Existing relationships Miami/South Florida, Experience selling service contracts, Experience selling retrofits, Experience selling mechanical upgrades, Understanding regional factors, Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
