What They're Looking For.
Must Have
licensed Journeyman HVAC Mechanic, Ontario 313A (Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Systems Mechanic), valid G2 Gas Technician License, ODP (Ozone Depletion Prevention) Certification, ability to use hand tools, lift/carry 50 lbs., work on ladders/step stools, working extended periods on his/her feet, read and interpret blueprints and schematics, speak and write in English, working knowledge of computers and handheld devices, client-service orientation, high sense of urgency, succeed in a team-oriented environment, maintain confidentiality of JCCLP and client related business activities, current clean driver's license/abstract, good standing member with the LOCAL 787, flexible to travel, 10 years of Canadian Residency

Perform inspections on HVAC equipment
Change and Service Filters
Oil and Grease Bearings
Perform Belt adjustment and replacement
Perform Cooling Tower and Condenser Maintenance
Perform general housekeeping tasks
Operate mechanical equipment
Operate maintenance tasks
Perform Indoor Air Quality related maintenance
Transport rigging equipment
