Our team will give you this opportunity, in addition, we provide factory certification through our Service Technical Academy (STA). We will equip you with tools and a vehicle to perform your job to the highest standard. Provide our customers with the highest level of service to solve building inefficiencies and resolve service-related items. As a trusted advisor to our customers, you will provide solutions and outcomes at the time of service **How will you do it** * Pre-Apprentices will be trained and will perform on HVAC mechanical equipment and controls on client sites. * Pre-Apprentices will participate in certified training through Service Technical Academy that will build skill sets to provide continued opportunities for recognition, monetary rewards and advancement. * Through coaching and mentorship, pre-apprentices will develop skills to troubleshoot and resolve both technical issues as well as customer needs. * You will keep JCI, contractors, and the customer advised of job progress and issues as needed. * You will meet attendance requirements for required Union training for first year. * Provide recommendations and solutions to ensure the facility is running efficiently to include upselling opportunities. * Provide quotes to support recommendations and solutions. **What
