This position maintains and services all HVAC systems for Murdoch Center in addition to a satellite facility used for cold storage, the Oxford and Wright Path group homes, and the old ADATC facility consisting of seven buildings. This position repairs and provides preventive maintenance for all Murdoch Center’s heating, ventilating, air conditioning and refrigeration. New equipment is installed as required. On occasion, this position will assist with maintenance repairs and other types of work for other State agencies.
