You are a self- starter skilled in the management of HVAC for commercial building maintenance, a leader, a problem solver, and a team player.   WHAT YOU WILL DO: The HVAC Mechanic III performs advanced (senior-level) heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) mechanic work. Work involves assigning, scheduling or overseeing the work of staff engaged in the installation, maintenance, repair and service of plant equipment and component parts in units such as heating, air conditioning, ventilation and power distribution systems. May supervise the work of others.
