This role combines hands-on technical work with collaborative problem-solving as you assist the core team in maintenance and repair efforts while independently performing defined tasks across your assigned properties. You'll conduct thorough inspections of interior and exterior areas, troubleshoot complex electrical and mechanical issues, and ensure all building equipment operates at peak performance.
