Operate tools to inspect, repair, and maintain HVAC systems, from furnaces to condenser units. Communicate professionally with clients, demonstrate integrity and respect, and identify opportunities to improve their HVAC systems. Skills & Qualifications: Strong communication and sales skills—you're comfortable recommending services to meet client needs. Customer service oriented with an ability to foster trust and long-term client relationships. Ability to understand and follow directions, be punctual, and work with a high degree of integrity. Physical Requirements & Working Conditions: Must regularly use hands, arms, and voice for various tasks and client interactions.
