What They're Looking For.
Must Have
4+ years of experience in a commercial HVAC service role, Hands-on experience with RTUs, VRV/VRF, VAV, split systems, chillers, boilers, and AHUs, Solid understanding of HVAC systems, electrical circuits, and mechanical components, EPA 608 Universal Certification required, Ability to read blueprints and technical documentation, diagnostic and problem-solving ability, Effective communicator with solid customer service instincts, Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites
Nice to Have
NATE certification or equivalent, Experience with digital service tools or mobile work order platforms

Diagnose and repair commercial HVAC equipment
Complete scheduled maintenance and inspections
Identify and resolve electrical and mechanical issues
Replace or repair components
