Position Summary Reporting to the Operations Manager, the HVAC-R & General Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing preventative maintenance, diagnostics, repairs, and installations on HVAC-R systems and related building equipment at client facilities. This role ensures all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with applicable codes, regulations, and company standards while delivering exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will work independently and collaboratively to maintain mechanical, electrical, and building systems while supporting operational excellence across client sites. Key Responsibilities * Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on HVAC-R systems, including air conditioning units, furnaces, boilers, HRVs, domestic heating systems, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, and associated equipment. * Complete inspections, diagnostics, troubleshooting, repairs, and system testing. * Perform routine maintenance including filter changes, coil cleaning, belt replacement, pulley and bearing replacement, pump maintenance, combustion testing, balancing, and system adjustments. * Review and complete work orders through computerized
