What You'll Do Install residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, air handlers, and indoor air quality products Complete equipment change-outs and replacement installations Ensure all installations are completed safely, correctly, and according to code Communicate professionally with homeowners and answer questions about their new equipment Maintain a clean and organized work area Work closely with team members to deliver an exceptional customer experience Complete all required paperwork and documentation accurately What We're Looking For Residential HVAC installation experience Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Ability to lift equipment and work in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoor environments Valid driver's license with a good driving record EPA Certification preferred Positive attitude and team-first mentality Pride in workmanship and attention to detail Why Join A Comfort Service?
