willing to travel, reside in the Colchester, Connecticut area, extensive travel to telecom independent field work, Willing to work nights, weekends, holidays, and on-call rotations, Lift 50+ lbs., climb, bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods

Must Have

valid driver’s license for at least a year with an acceptable driving record, able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check, comply with OSHA Standards, Lift 50+ lbs., climb, bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods, meet the requirements of a DOT driver including physical, background and driving record, Operate and maintain a motor vehicle safely and legally per the PEARCE Employee Handbook and insurance requirements

Nice to Have

1+ year generator and/or HVAC service experience (technical school accepted), experience with ATS, experience with electrical troubleshooting, experience with critical power systems, EPA Universal or Type II Certification, EGSA a plus

What You'll Do.

and repair generators

and HVAC systems at telecom and cell tower sites.

Maintain commercial package cooling systems supporting telecom equipment shelters.

Conduct preventative maintenance

and performance checks.

Perform basic generator repairs

and fuel system maintenance.

Respond to 24/7 emergency callouts and complete accurate service reports.
