What They're Looking For.

Must Have

High school diploma or GED, Minimum of 5 years industry experience in commercial installation or commercial sales, At least 5 years field experience in HVAC, Familiarity with IP networking practices, Experience with computer-aided drafting software, Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and SharePoint, Ability to learn JCI-specific platforms

Nice to Have

Minimum of 2 years experience in system design and installation or service program cost estimating for HVAC controls or equipment in a commercial sales environment

What You'll Do.

Conduct mechanical equipment surveys

Conduct control system surveys

Perform on-site assessments

Coordinate subcontractor quotes

Deliver COE survey documentation

Review project costing estimates

Adhere to standardized processes

Complete deliverable documentation

Maintain subcontractor knowledge

Monitor AHJ expectations

Monitor permitting requirements

Provide pre-installation debriefs

Maintain product knowledge

Maintain service knowledge

Serve as local point of contact

Facilitate resolution

Ensure policy compliance

Ensure procedure compliance

Ensure program compliance

Ensure service compliance
