Must Have

10 plus years of Industry Experience or Technical Engineering or Construction degree graduate, Experience with Microsoft Office suite, (with emphasis on Word, Excel and Outlook) Adobe Writer, and basic Windows operating system environment, Ability to work independently and as part of a team, Excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal and collaborative skills, Good conflict resolution skills, Ability to positively represent Johnson Controls and communicate with others at varying technical levels, Demonstrated ability to simultaneously manage a large and diverse number of projects with professionalism, cooperation and persistence, Demonstrated ability to organizational and attention to details

What You'll Do.

Support Equipment North America organization on startup

Provide single point of contact for coordination

Interface directly with the EqNA customer

Support EqNA sales during project estimate

Provide custom quote for service items

Verify branch has necessary service technicians trained

Attend RTO meetings on complex projects

Conduct weekly service turnover meetings

Coordinate with customer for scheduled work

Verify asset record created in NxGen

Work with CRC and technicians for delivery

Verify indicated warranty shows correctly

Monitor Long-Term Storage requirements

Promote Pronto Forms utilization

Ensure startup is completed

Ensure startup dates are entered

Provide warranty certification

Ensure all SRs are invoiced promptly

Act as first point of contact for warranty requests

Escalate and resolve issues preventing service warranty work

Facilitate technical support for EqNA customers

The EqCM will report to the Regional Service Manager for the first 6 months and then move to the Branch Service Manager and a have accountability to the HVAC Equipment Operations Manager (HEOM) and their organization.
