10 plus years of HVAC Knowledge, Industry, Technical, Engineering or Construction Experience, Experience with Microsoft Office suite, (with emphasis on Word, Excel and Outlook) Adobe Writer, and basic Windows operating system environment, Ability to work independently and as part of a team, Excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal and collaborative skills, Good conflict resolution skills, Ability to positively represent Johnson Controls and communicate with others at varying technical levels, Demonstrated ability to simultaneously manage a large and diverse number of projects with professionalism, cooperation and persistence, Demonstrated ability to organizational and attention to details
Nice to Have

What You'll Do.
Support Equipment North America organization on startup
Coordinate with Customer Resource Coordinator for labor requirements
Provide single point of contact for service scope coordination
Interface directly with the EqNA customer
Support EqNA sales during project estimate
Provide custom quote for service items
Verify branch has necessary service technicians trained
Attend RTO meetings on complex projects
Validate details of PSA
Conduct weekly service turnover meetings
Coordinate and monitor current and future service scopes
Introduce Connected Service capabilities to customer
Coordinate with EqNA Customer for scheduled work
Verify asset record created in NxGen
Provide communication back to SAE and Customer
Verify indicated warranty shows correctly
Monitor Long-Term Storage requirements
Promote Pronto Forms utilization
Ensure startup is completed
Resolve issues to complete startup work
Provide customer with startup documentation
Enter startup dates for assets in NxGen
Register equipment started by service in Warranty Navigator
Provide warranty certification to EqNA customer
Ensure all SRs are invoiced promptly
Act as first point of contact for warranty requests
Ensure technicians are dispatched promptly
Escalate and resolve issues preventing service warranty work
Facilitate technical support for EqNA customers

The EqCM will report to the Regional Service Manager for the first 6 months and then move to the Branch Service Manager and a have accountability to the HVAC Equipment Operations Manager (HEOM) and their organization. They will also coordinate with the Customer Resource Coordinator (CRC) for all equipment field
