What You'll Do.
Support Equipment North America organization on startup
Coordinate with Customer Resource Coordinator for field service labor
Provide single point of contact for service scope coordination
Interface directly with the EqNA customer
Support EqNA sales during project estimate
Provide custom quote for service items
Verify branch has necessary trained service technicians
Attend RTO meetings on complex projects
Validate details of PSA
Conduct weekly service turnover meetings
Coordinate with customer for scheduled work
Verify asset record created in NxGen
Verify indicated warranty shows correctly
Monitor Long-Term Storage requirements
Promote Pronto Forms utilization
Ensure startup is completed
Ensure startup dates are entered
Provide warranty certification
Ensure all SRs are invoiced promptly
Act as first point of contact for warranty requests
Escalate and resolve issues preventing service warranty work
Facilitate technical support for EqNA customers
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Work with customer to introduce Connected Service capabilities; Coordinate with the EqNA Customer, directly, for all scheduled work and schedule changes; Works with CRC and SAE to verify asset record created in NxGen; Works with CRC and technicians for delivery related to FOB Destination; Works with SAE and Warranty Admin team to address discrepancies; Coordinate with SAE and customer for LTS requirements; Works with CRCs to ensure all SRs are invoiced promptly; Working with CRC and Warranty Service Coordinator to ensure technicians are dispatched promptly; Works with product technical support as necessary

The EqCM will report to the Regional Service Manager for the first 6 months and then move to the Branch Service Manager and a have accountability to the HVAC Equipment Operations Manager (HEOM) and their organization.
