What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field, 8–9 years of hands-on expertise in design, installation, maintenance, and project execution of HVAC systems, knowledge of HVAC design principles and engineering practices, Experience in load calculations, ducting, piping, and equipment selection, Understanding of ASHRAE standards and local regulatory codes, Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, project management and coordination abilities, Good communication and stakeholder management skills

HVAC certification or relevant training
