What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in HVAC engineering or certification in this field, or equivalent experience, Professional working knowledge of Armenian (written and spoken), Ability to read and understand HVAC drawings, Ability to read and understand HVAC manuals, Ability to work independently and in a team, High sense of responsibility, punctuality, At least 3 years of experience in HVAC systems maintenance and troubleshooting
Nice to Have
Limited working knowledge of English, Limited working knowledge of Russian
What You'll Do.
Troubleshoot HVAC systems
Maintain HVAC systems
Perform mechanical work
Operate tools and equipment
Ensure comfortable room temperature
Support skilled maintenance duties
and adjust components
Test and insulate damaged AC systems
Determine and procure necessary parts
and mechanical testing
Perform preventive maintenance
Supervise maintenance personnel
Provide continuous maintenance
Upgrade current systems
Support HVAC systems after hours
Identify problem source
Fix situation promptly
Manage/supervise specialists
