What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related discipline, Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience in HVAC design, building services engineering, or system integration, Familiarity with HVAC codes and standards (e. g. , ASHRAE, CIBSE, ISO, local regulations), Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and engineering documents, Experience working with contractors, site teams, and multi‑disciplinary engineering groups, communication skills, ability to work collaboratively in a project‑based environment
Nice to Have
Proficiency with HVAC design software (e. g. , Revit, AutoCAD, BIM tools, load calculation software), Understanding of ventilation, heat load calculations, ductwork sizing, equipment selection, and system performance analysis, Knowledge of commissioning processes and quality assurance procedures, problem‑solving ability, attention to detail, Experience in regulated industries or complex infrastructure projects

Develop and review HVAC designs

Support integration of HVAC systems

Team & Collaboration
Interface between HVAC design teams and construction/installation teams; Participate in multi‑disciplinary reviews; Work collaboratively in a project‑based environment; Maintain consistent communication with project managers, quality teams, and other engineering disciplines
