Position Summary We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented outside sales professional to grow our HVAC service and project business. This role is focused on developing new relationships, identifying client needs, and delivering customized HVAC solutions that improve system performance and efficiency. Key Responsibilities Generate New Opportunities Actively prospect for new business through cold outreach, networking, referrals, and targeted engagement. Maintain a consistent pipeline and follow through on leads to drive conversions. Understand & Advise Clients Conduct on-site consultations to evaluate building systems, identify challenges, and understand budget considerations. Recommend solutions that align with both operational goals and technical requirements. Develop Proposals Create detailed quotes, proposals, and service agreements, including scope, pricing, and timelines. Present solutions clearly while addressing customer concerns and highlighting value.
