We will equip you with tools and a vehicle to perform your job at the highest standard. Provide our customers with the highest level of service to solve building inefficiencies and resolve service related items. As a trusted advisor to our customers you will provide solutions and outcomes at the time of service. **How you will do it** * 1st year apprentices will be trained and will perform work on HVAC mechanical equipment and controls on client sites. * Apprentices will participate in certified trainings through Service Technical Academy that will build skill sets to provide continued opportunities for recognition, monetary rewards and advancement. * Through coaching and mentorship, apprentices will develop skills to troubleshoot and resolve both technical issues as well as customer needs. * You will keep JCI, contractors, and the customer advised of job progress and issues as needed. * Provide recommendations and solutions to ensure facility is running efficiently to include upselling opportunities. * Provide quotes to support recommendations and solutions. **What we look for** * Interests in the industry servicing mechanical and Controls systems in the
