What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3–7+ years of successful outside B2B sales experience in commercial HVAC, mechanical services, building services, or related technical industries, Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas, High discipline in CRM usage, pipeline management, and forecasting, Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within territory and between TCS branch locations

Build and maintain customer relationships with building owners
and industrial operators
Manage and grow a personal book of business
and customer retention
and discovery to identify service
Develop scopes and collaborate with Operations/Estimating to ensure accurate pricing and feasibility
Prepare and deliver compelling proposals for maintenance agreements
equipment replacements
and retrofit projects
Maintain disciplined CRM usage including activity tracking
Follow up on technician-identified service opportunities and ensure timely engagement with customers
Stay active in the market through industry events
and competitive research
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Collaborate with Operations/Estimating to ensure accurate pricing and feasibility; Partner cross-functionally with Service, Project Management, Estimating, and Purchasing to ensure seamless execution
