Experience with Human Space Flight Programs, Experience identifying, analyzing, proposing, and managing program risks and issues related to ground, software, or hardware systems including root cause analysis, testing, and deployment, Experience with practical MBSE for the development of technical specifications, interface control documents, and system architecture, including using digital engineering tools such as Cameo or MagicDraw, SparxEA, DOORS, or IBM Rhapsody, Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely, including through technical documentation, Possession of verbal and written communication skills, Master's degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics field, INCOSE SE Certification
