You will be working with the Human Rights team to deliver the Fashion with Integrity strategy. On day-to-day basis you will be supporting the management of the ASOS Design Human Rights Programme, contributing to audit management, data management, reporting and administration. What you’ll be doing… * Support new factory onboarding and help communicate ASOS requirements to suppliers * Assist in organising and reviewing human rights audits, including helping to assign risk ratings * Maintain the internal human rights system (TrusTrace) by entering data, updating records and generating reports * Help track audit findings and follow up on corrective actions with guidance from the team * Work with internal teams, suppliers and third parties to support remediation activities * Assist with engagement activities involving external stakeholders and NGOs * Build working relationships with the Responsible Sourcing team, suppliers and external partners * Prepare basic reports, presentations and updates for internal teams * Support external reporting requirements, including website and annual reporting * Respond to information requests from internal teams and external stakeholders * Develop knowledge of ethical trade and human rights topics * Provide support on projects and day-
