Must Have
College diploma (DEC) in Human Resources, Administration, or a related field, Two to three years of relevant experience in human resources administration, employee benefits, or a related role, Knowledge of employee benefit programs (group insurance, savings plans, etc.), organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective time and priority management in a high-volume environment, Customer-oriented approach, autonomy, teamwork skills, and communication abilities, Excellent proficiency with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams), demonstrated ease with collaborative digital tools and AI (e.g., Copilot), Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies, Oral and written fluency in French and English

The Human Resources Technician supports the administrative management of employee files within their assigned client group. The incumbent provides day-to-day support to managers, employees, and the HR team, and acts as a resource person for questions related to human resources administration and employee benefit programs. Responsibilities * Manage the administrative aspects of employee files for unionized and/or non-unionized employees in the SAP HR system * Enter, validate, and update employee personal and administrative data * Support the onboarding process for new employees, particularly with regard to employee benefits * Inform and guide employees on human resources policies, procedures, and programs * Administer employee benefit programs (group insurance, savings plans, travel benefits, etc.) in collaboration with internal and external partners * Produce, analyze, and distribute various HR reports (headcount, bank balances, administrative follow-ups, insurance interfaces) * Act as a point of contact for employees, managers, and internal and external partners regarding HR administrative matters ## Qualifications * College diploma (DEC) in Human Resources, Administration, or a related field * Two to three years of relevant experience in human resources administration, employee benefits, or a related role * Experience in a unionized environment (an asset) * Knowledge of employee benefit programs (group
