What You'll Do.

Manage the administrative aspects of employee files for unionized and/or non-unionized employees in the SAP HR system

and update employee personal and administrative data

Support the onboarding process for new employees

The Human Resources Technician supports the administrative management of employee files within their assigned client group. The incumbent provides day-to-day support to managers, employees, and the HR team, and acts as a resource person for questions related to human resources administration and employee benefit programs.
