Under general supervision, this position provides confidential administrative, technical, and paraprofessional support across a variety of Human Resources programs and services. The primary focus of the current vacancy is to support the City's Training and Development program. The position also assists with recruitment, benefits administration, employee/labor relations, workers' compensation, safety programs, front counter/customer service, and employee recordkeeping activities as needed. Key responsibilities include: * Coordinates and supports the Training and Development program, including maintaining training calendars, scheduling courses, preparing training materials, managing registrations and attendance rosters, coordinating training logistics and equipment, and communicating with participants and supervisors. * Coordinates meetings, training sessions, and special projects; manages calendars, schedules, and related communications. * Tracks course
