Join our team as a Human Resources & Talent Acquisition Intern at CASE Management Consulting! Remote (U.S.-Based) Applicants must currently reside in Missouri (MO), Washington, D. C. (DC), Virginia (VA), Maryland (MD), or South Carolina (SC). Compensation: $15-$18 per hour depending on experience and qualifications. Schedule: Part-time, 15–20 hours per week. Availability during core business hours (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Eastern Time) is required. The Human Resources & Talent Acquisition Intern will support CASE Management Consulting's Human Capital team across recruiting, onboarding, employee engagement, workforce administration, and special projects. This role provides hands-on experience supporting a growing federal consulting organization while developing practical skills in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, and Business Operations. Your Impactful Duties: Source and identify qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, professional networks, referrals, and recruiting platforms. Support proposal staffing efforts and candidate pipeline development for federal government opportunities. Review resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications and alignment with position requirements. Conduct preliminary phone and video interviews to assess candidate qualifications, communication skills, and overall fit. Document interview findings and provide candidate recommendations to hiring managers and leadership. Coordinate candidate communications, interview scheduling, and recruiting activities throughout the hiring process. Maintain applicant tracking records and support candidate pipeline management efforts. Assist with onboarding activities, including new hire documentation, orientation coordination, and personnel file management. Support employee engagement initiatives, employee recognition programs, and internal communications. Maintain recruiting, employee, and workforce data within company systems.
