Recognized globally as an innovator in all aspects of vehicle exteriors, Magna provides everything needed, from materials development and design through manufacturing and assembly, to help automakers create sleek, state-of-the-art vehicles across the world. **Job Responsibilities:** * Oversee the daily workflow and assignments of subordinate HR staff, providing coaching, direction, and performance evaluations. * Serve as the primary contact for employee concerns and grievances; facilitate conflict resolution and maintain a positive workplace culture. * Conduct and document thorough workplace investigations. Partner with managers to issue disciplinary actions and ensure they align with company policy and labor laws. * Manage benefits programs and serve as the liaison with providers. Handle claims resolutions, enrollment processes, and COBRA administration. * Manage essential functions including recruitment, interviewing, onboarding, and offboarding.
