In this role, you’ll join a collaborative team committed to empowering others, supporting our staff, and making a real difference every day; whether behind the scenes or out in the community. WHAT WE OFFER: * Compensation: $ 84,000 K Annually Fixed Rate * Work Environment: Onsite, 5 days , in Long Beach, CA office. * Team Culture: Fast-paced, hands-on, and highly collaborative team that values direct communication, strong ownership, and a shared commitment to building structure while supporting one another through high-volume, evolving work. * Work Schedule: Typically, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM PST with flexibility as needed to meet deadlines or support initiatives. * Travel Requirements: Approximately 20% travel, primarily throughout Torrance, Santa Ana, and Sun City, though some overnight travel may be required. * Retirement Plan: Employees may participate in a 401(k) retirement savings plan * Time Away: PTO and paid sick leave * Insurance & Health: Medical (100% of preventive care covered; domestic partners, spouses, and children eligible), dental, vision, Life and AD&D insurance, accident insurance, hospital indemnity, and critical illness coverage * Job Mobility: Dungarvi
